SEASONS

by William H. McCann Jr. (Author), Jeanine Grant Lister (Photographer)

The poems in this book were first written for a blog I maintained for about six months called Country Traffic Jam. By the time of my last post I’d written well over 225 poems and Jeanine had posted photos she’d taken at Roxford and nearby. Some of those poems were edited before being included in this work. But nearly all of the poems were inspired by places, people and things in and around Harrison and Grant Counties of Northern Kentucky. William H. McCann, Jr. the Roxford Poet is a poet, playwright and teacher. He teaches at Bluegrass Community & Technical College; is president of Kentucky Playwrights Workshop, Inc.; and lives near Corinth, KY at Roxford with Jeanine Lister, Halligan the Wonder Dog, and two cats.
